Poplab
A multi-tenant photobooth SaaS — guests shoot photo strips on their phone at pop-up events, brand and share them instantly, and pay cash to print on-site. PxlPod is my own photobooth business running as the platform's first tenant.

Overview
Poplab is a multi-tenant SaaS version of my own photobooth business. It's the whole system, built end to end: a React Native (Expo) mobile capture app, a Next.js web console for operators, and a Supabase backend — with PxlPod, my own booth brand, running as the platform's first tenant.
The problem
Traditional photobooths are bulky, expensive and single-purpose. Event guests want to capture and share moments instantly from their own phones, and booth operators need a way to brand, manage and monetize events without heavy hardware.
My approach
I designed a multi-tenant architecture on Supabase so any booth brand can run on the platform. Guests use the Expo mobile app to shoot branded photo strips and share instantly, pay cash to print on-site, while operators manage events and templates from a Next.js console.
The result
A full SaaS platform with its iOS app live on the App Store (Android in Google Play review) — and already powering real pop-up events through my own PxlPod brand. It's my most complete product: mobile, web and backend, shipped solo.
